I hope you had a great week and weekend. I know the Dynamiters and all you fans out there did.
Like most Saturdays, I was at Papervale Books yesterday, and it was awesome to see the Platzl so busy. Patios were full, kids were running around, and Summit Snacks is open again! I saw so many people eating ice cream. Thank you to everyone who finished their cones before shopping for books.
It felt like summer.
All we needed was some music at the gazebo, and it would have been perfect.
Speaking of summer, music, and being outside… if you have a great backyard that you’d like to share with the community, One Light Concerts is looking for venues for this summer. Message them on Instagram to get involved.
Don’t forget about moms this week - we wouldn’t be here without them.
Mother’s Day is Sunday, May 10.
If you need gift ideas, try chocolate, flowers, books, coffee, dinner - just take a walk around the Platzl, you’ll find something for her.
